Initial sessions are longer to allow for a thorough intake and treatment plan. Follow-up sessions focus on ongoing support through your cycle, trimester, or postpartum recovery.

Good things to know before we begin
Do you take insurance?
I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Many clients with acupuncture benefits are able to get partial reimbursement this way.
How do I pay?
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept credit card, debit card, HSA and FSA cards, Venmo, and cash. HSA and FSA cards can often be used for acupuncture, which makes this work more accessible for many clients.
How often should I come?
For most clients, weekly or bi-weekly sessions create the best momentum. We will talk about what makes sense for you at your free consultation based on your goals and what you are working on.
What is the free consultation?
A free 30-minute call or in-person meeting to get a sense of each other. We will talk about what is bringing you in, what you are hoping for, and whether my approach feels like the right fit. No pressure and no commitment.
Can I combine acupuncture and coaching?
Yes. Some clients see me for Inner Work Sessions and also do separate coaching sessions. Others start with acupuncture and move into the Inner Work format when they are ready. We will find the rhythm that works for you.
What is your cancellation policy?
I ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee. Life happens and I am always happy to talk if something comes up.

In-person sessions are held at Cap Wellness Center, 535 Encinitas Blvd Suite 115, Encinitas CA 92024. Coaching sessions are available via secure video anywhere in California.
Wednesday 9am to 2pm, Friday 9am to 2pm. Additional availability by arrangement.
